You need to check your character's mugs. The mugs must have a color count of 15 colors maximum. If it is over the limit you must fix it yourself or take the risk of blazer doing it (bad gamble). If he doesn't feel like it the chances that it will ever be done are incredibly slim.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post here or something, but I do have a question. How do I know if I have a 15 colors limit? Does Blazer or whatever let us know or...?

You count them. Yep, it's horrible.

Here's how I count them, in Paint.NET:
Select the Magic Wand, and set the tolerance to 0%, and Global Selection (Instead of the lightening bolt, have a globe). Click your first color, and all of that color on the image will be selected. Count 1. Hold Control, and select the second color, that's two.

Keep going until the entire image is selected.

In order to count, download Usenti (google it if necessary). It is an image editing program. open up your image using file-open and then on the right will be a bunch of colors.

if it is more than 1 line, than it has more than 16 colors.

That has too many, you need to now get rid of some colors, like extra eye colors or colors that are very similar or close to each other, or start reusing some colors.

Ok, I think I have Zach and Destran editted to fit under the 15-color thingy.

IrfanView can count the colors for you. Once you open the picture, go to Information, and it will have an area for amount of colors.

Please note that the 15 colors does not include the background...

Also, if you use a more advanced Image Editing program you can always index the image down to 16 colors, then play around from there.
